Must-Haves (Non-negotiables): 

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 2+ years proven experience as a virtual assistant in fast-paced corporate setting
  • Proficient in office productivity software suites like Microsoft 365 including Access, Excel and Powerpoint (Ability to use Excel formulas is a plus)
  • Proficient in using google workspace and project management software tools such as Asana, ClickUp and Trello
  • Typing speed of 50 and above wpm
  • A working PC and a reliable internet connection

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • 2+ years proven experience as a virtual assistant in fast-paced corporate setting
  • Familiarity with latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, cloud services and desktop sharing
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Great computer skills with working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software programs
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing is a great advantage
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
