A black rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is an experienced digital artist who is able to communicate through graphics. They are able to take a business case/need and conceptualize around it to communicate the intended message through digital presentation
Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):
- 3+ years experience (freelance and professional) with design software (ie Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Dreamweaver, etc)
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Ability to develop concepts via software/by hand ensuring that color, text, font style, imagery, and layout align with the direction of project
- Having an understanding of current and historical business market plus an ability to test graphics across multiple media to ensure final graphics/layouts are appealing and in tune with project theme
- Understand the importance of privacy & security while uploading procedures when interacting with content management systems
- Client sensitivity to intellectual property must be a priority at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, etc
- Use their excellent communication and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- BS/BA in Graphic design Design, Fine Art, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience (freelance and professional) with design software (ie Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc)
- Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress and content management systems a big plus
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Proficiency in time management and communication to make deadlines
