Our story began as a technical recruiting firm leveraging the experience of a corporate recruiter in Dallas in 2019. We realized that amidst the pandemic, we were able to grow our operations as global brands were willing to consider remote talents in a now digital labor force. 

Finding the right talent became difficult and unpredictable, while bearing heavy consequences on the budget.
